After the heartbreaking loss of my older brother and years of struggling with addiction, depression, anxiety, and a general lack of motivation to live, I hit rock bottom. This period of intense suffering led me to discover the healing power of mindfulness, meditation, self-inquiry, and entheogens. These practices not only helped me recover but also ignited a passion to help others navigate their own paths to healing and self-discovery.
Over the years, I have deeply explored my inner world through meditation, self-inquiry, and the intentional use of entheogens. These practices have played a significant role in my personal journey. I have undergone many profound entheogenic journeys, delving into the layers of my own mind and experiences. This has given me a deep understanding of the transformative potential these medicines can offer. Additionally, I have engaged in microdosing to a profound degree, allowing me to harness its benefits for creativity, emotional balance, and heightened self-awareness.
In pursuit of deeper understanding, I have undertaken an array of online courses covering various subjects, coupled with extensive reading and study. I also completed an intensive addiction recovery and entheogen integration course with Being True to You, a leader in the field. This formal training, combined with my years of personal exploration and facilitation, has shaped my empathetic and holistic approach to coaching.
